FAQ – Nannye’s Boutique
1. Orders & Payments 💳
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by **credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)**, **PayPal**, as well as payment in installments with **Klarna**.
How to use a promo code?
Add your items to your cart, then enter your promo code in the box provided before finalizing your payment. The discount will be applied automatically.
When does my order go into processing?
Once your order is validated, it will be changed to "processed" in your customer area. This means that we have processed your purchase and that it is being prepared. However, this does not mean that it has already been shipped. Your order will actually be on its way once it is entrusted to the carrier, and you will then receive an email with the tracking information.
🚨 **IMPORTANT: Make sure you provide a valid email address when placing your order.** This is how we send you all information about your order (confirmation, tracking, updates). Also remember to **add our email address contact@laboutiquedenannye.fr to your contacts** to prevent our emails from ending up in your spam folder. 🚨
My order was cancelled, why?
Your payment may not have been validated or the item may no longer be in stock. Contact us at contact@laboutiquedenannye.fr for more information.
2. Delivery & Tracking 🚚
What are the delivery times?
From processing your order to shipping it usually takes **3 to 6 days**. We're not Amazon (we don't have drones yet 🤖), but a small business that puts its heart and soul into carefully preparing your orders! 😊
We deliver **to your home or to a collection point** via **Colissimo and Mondial Relay**, anywhere in the world. **Shipping costs are clearly indicated on each product page**.
**Pre-order** items are available for delivery within **10 to 14 days**.
Where can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the chosen carrier's website.
What should I do if my package is lost or stuck?
If your order appears to be stuck or lost, contact us immediately at contact@laboutiquedenannye.fr and provide your order number. We will investigate further with the carrier.

3. Returns & Refunds 🔄
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes! You have **14 days** after receiving your order to return it if it doesn't suit you. It must be unworn, unwashed, and with its original tags.
How to make a return?
Email us at contact@laboutiquedenannye.fr with your order number. We will send you a return slip.
Are returns free?
The return slip is subject to a fee. **We will deduct €6.95 from your refund** to cover the return shipping costs.
When will I be reimbursed?
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be issued within **5 to 7 working days** via the same payment method used for the purchase.
4. Products & Stock 👗
Availability of items
All our items are available **subject to sufficient stock**. If an item is out of stock after your order, we will issue an **immediate refund**. If a restock is planned, we will wait until it arrives to ship your order, but delivery time may be longer.

Where do your products come from?
Our products are mainly manufactured in **Europe (Spain, Italy, etc.)**, with particular attention paid to quality and current trends.
What are pre-order items?
Some items are available for **pre-order**, which means they are not yet in stock but can be ordered in advance. The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page. Your order will be shipped as soon as the item is available.
